Responsibilities

• Process cancellation for each product cancelled, including issuing refunds to customer/lienholder
• Processing stand alone warranties for each product sold
• Process remittance for each product sold as well as scheduling/reconciling payment
• Reconcile and post product payment statements in DMS (CDK)
• Maintain schedules and communicating adjustments as needed
