Productization Engineering is a unique team within the Engineering department with a mission to bring a customer mindset to the detailed technical work being done on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals who are interested in system level product challenges and who enjoy cross-departmental thinking and problem solving. Qualified candidates for this role will find themselves working at the intersection of engineering, operations engineering, operations, product, and customer support teams; extraordinary communication skills are a must. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional system thinking and troubleshooting skills, combined with solid fundamental technical skills that demonstrate an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
