This position is responsible for the successful development, coordination and implementation of productivity & continuous improvement evaluations, times study methodologies and capturing lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 to 3 years of continuous improvement / productivity experience preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes, standard work and best practices are being utilized efficiently and safely.
  • Participates in various cross-functional teams internally and externally to continually develop and refine organizational processes related to organizational productivity & continuous improvement.
  • Provides valid statistical information and applicable analyses to management regarding productivity.
  • Coordinates with the Talent Development team to develop, implement and ultimately facilitate educational instruction and train the trainer activities involving the topic of continuous improvement & productivity with various departments throughout the organization.
  • Provides guidance to employees, supervisors, and management on matters concerning productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Conducts jobsite or on-site coaching and development of employees (related to audits and/or to assist with novel work or jobs in crisis).
  • Performs Project Expectations Review with project leadership and provides feedback, recommended corrective actions to the Project Managers, Superintendents, Work Crew members as well as key Management leadership personnel and support functions.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
