About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on Productivity Manager to lead 3rd shift operations in our USDA-regulated manufacturing facility. This role is built for a strong operational leader with leadership, accountability, and performance ownership capabilities. Requirements

• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Proven ownership of measurable KPIs
• Strong floor presence and team accountability
• Experience in regulated manufacturing preferred
• Willingness to learn USDA food safety compliance
• Ability to work 3rd shift
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift and weekends, from 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday
• Capable of standing on the plant floor 80-95% of the shift
• Must be comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions
• Able to climb stairs multiple times daily, conduct detailed equipment inspections, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 3rd shift team.
• Drive measurable performance improvements.
• Reduce repeat deficiencies through structured corrective action.
• Support downtime reduction and startup readiness.
• Protect yield and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and food safety standards (training provided).
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, QA, and Maintenance.
