About The Position
The Productivity Coordinator at URBN will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on key metrics related to the distribution center's (DC) business operations. This position is essential for monitoring productivity, throughput, and the incentive system metrics across the North American network. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to maintain production standards, develop comprehensive reports, pull relevant data, and validate the accuracy of incentive system data. In this role, the Productivity Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and reporting metric data that reflects the daily activities of the distribution and fulfillment center. This includes understanding and utilizing Labor Management (LM), Kronos, and Warehouse Management (WM) data for effective metric reporting. The coordinator will validate all Kronos punches to ensure accurate time entries into the Labor Management system and will also validate WM data feeds, including throughput and user details. Identifying and correcting any errors or reprocessing issues on the LM interface will be a key responsibility. The coordinator will also need to understand the pay-per-performance program and utilize LM to report on relevant metrics. Weekly processing of incentive data to meet payroll submission deadlines is required, along with generating incentive payout communications for distribution to the operations team. As the point of contact for all LM-related questions regarding performance, throughput, and incentives, the coordinator will enter and update user information in the Labor Management system and pinpoint new opportunities for LM tracking within the warehouse. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze and validate data in Labor Performance Reporting (LPR) daily and monitor training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires. Other duties may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager as needed.
