About The Position
We are currently hiring for a Production position on 2nd shift for a busy manufacturing facility in Ocala. This role is responsible for coating wire shelving products through an automated powder coating process while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor powder coating equipment and production line
- Load and unload materials onto the coating line
- Inspect products for quality and proper coating coverage
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
