This position reports to: Production Supervisor __ Job Description: Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce quality products, meeting production goals and specifications while maintaining a defect-free standard. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), air manipulators, hoists, robot wrappers, and hand scanners; must complete required training and follow all safety guidelines. Documentation & Communication: Read and comprehend all work instructions, diagrams, and special instructions; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about issues or needs. Flexibility & Safety: Support cross-training, assist with other tasks as needed, maintain workplace safety and housekeeping, and be willing to work overtime. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

  • motor manufacturing experience preferred.
