About The Position

Our Warehouse Production associates are instrumental in delivering quality service to our customers. You’ll receive thorough training in our manufacturing production process, which requires a focus on accuracy and detail. We maintain a family dynamic at The Pond Guy & Airmax that extends to the customer as we strive to provide them with the highest quality products and services possible.

Requirements

Organized and detail-oriented
Beginner to Intermediate-level computer proficiency
Ability to follow instructions and procedures methodically
This position requires manual dexterity for working with small components, the ability to complete repetitive motions for long periods, bending, continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 – 50 lb, handling packages up to 150 lb, and standing/stooping for long periods.
We need a candidate with a positive attitude who wants to become an expert.
Candidates who receive a job offer will be required to successfully pass a drug/toxins test and background check.

Nice To Haves

Production and assembly operator experiences are a plus
Forklift operation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Complete daily production and assembly goals while keeping quality standards as a top priority
Inventory management by accurately recording all product information and movement through the proper use of scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Operate equipment safely and productively, following all safety guidelines and compliance practices
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Cross-train and assist in Shipping and Receiving
