About The Position

Position Summary: Maintain product flow, ensuring all product is handled in compliance with Herbruck’ s Quality Standards Position Responsibilities: Job duties may entail one or more of the following: Must follow all company HACCP rules and GMP’s. Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse neglect, or breach of biosecurity to preserve the health and welfare of our birds. Follow the necessary glove policy. The ability to review and understand the run sheet. Prepare necessary equipment as assigned. The ability to ensure product carton or case is correct, date coding and stamps are legible and in compliance. The ability to prepare work area and necessary equipment as assigned. The ability to effectively communicate with supporting positions. The ability to complete all task(s) pertaining to position found on the Observation form.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned.
Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine, birds or cattle.
