About The Position

This is a genera! labor position performed in a manufacturing environment. Essential Functions Load and unload raw materials and finished product Accurately complete reports and paperwork as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Creating and maintaining a safe work environment for self and others. Cross training when needed or required. Willingness and ability to work other positions when needed. Effectively communicate with management, prior shift, staff and others on a daily, weekly and/or as need basis. Requires material be moved from one position/location to another in an effort to produce a finished quality product. Muscular, cardiovascular and upper/lower body manipulation is used to move the product through a process. Responsible for checking, recognizing, reporting and correcting the quality of product

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with co-workers.
Ability to utilize available lime to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals set by Management and self.
Possess the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
Ability lo perform work accurately and thoroughly with little supervision at limes.
Ability to organize and direct oneself.
Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues.
Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
Ability to complete assigned task under stressful situations.
Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
