About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mathematically minded to join our production team. This is a high-accuracy role where "close enough" is not an option—you must be able to consistently measure and cut to the 1/32nd of an inch.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or fabrication environment.
• Mathematical Proficiency: Strong shop math skills, specifically an understanding of Geometry.
• Technical Skill: High level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Measurement Mastery: Expert-level ability to read a tape measure.
• Work Ethic: A track record of punctuality, hard work, and the ability to follow strict instructions.
• Diagram Literacy: Ability to read and understand technical diagrams or blueprints (strongly preferred).
• Pre-Employment Testing: Candidates must pass a practical paper measuring and math test (1/32nd-inch precision required) before an offer of employment is made.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 60 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Diagram Literacy: Ability to read and understand technical diagrams or blueprints (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Precision Fabrication: Load, position, and unload materials on the production line with absolute accuracy.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret production diagrams, blueprints, and order tickets to ensure every piece meets exact specifications.
• Measurement & Math: Perform frequent, precise measurements using a tape measure to the 1/32nd of an inch. Apply geometry and shop math to calculate angles and dimensions.
• Computer Operations: Use specialized computer systems to track production flow, enter data, and manage order tickets.
• Material Handling: Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring all fabricated pieces align with quality protocols and order requirements.
