About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Mix and match colors to meet established standards. Measure and weigh tints based on formula sheets. Maintain accurate inventory and a clean workspace. Cross-train in other departments as needed. What You’ll Need: Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred; color matching experience a plus. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Skills: Strong math, measurement, and reading skills. Must pass color testing. Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally).
