As a Assembler Zone Leader, you'll be part of our Assembly team located in Willard, Ohio. You'll oversee production activities, including assembly work and product maintenance as needed, visual inspections of both in-process and finished product, requests for tools, parts, and hardware supply from the appropriate personnel, identification of quality issues and proper tagging for hold or quarantine process, safe and appropriate use of hand tools, testing equipment, and hardware fixtures, appropriate work station set up, line - product changeovers, and encourage and maintain productive teamwork within the department. You will also complete training of other associates as needed, collaborate with Supervisors and assist department with daily tasks, recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensure all stock and work areas are kept neat, organized, and stocked appropriately at end of shift, use proper radio etiquette, and maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and SBD procedures. Additionally, you will perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Assembly Supervisor or Manager.
