About The Position

We look for colleagues who Care, Dare, and Deliver. We are currently seeking General Laborers and Machine Operators for our Production and Warehouse Departments at our Fulton, New York facility. The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include safely and efficiently setting up, starting up, adjusting, and shutting down production machines. Employees will be required to continuously stand and walk around production equipment, frequently bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and lifting cases of finished product weighing up to 50 lbs. Additionally, good eye/hand coordination and the ability to recognize colors are necessary, as well as the capability to work in ambient temperatures inside the building. The role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and troubleshoot minor machine issues as they arise. Maintaining production and quality standards is crucial, which involves following job standard operating procedures and all safety protocols. Teamwork is essential, as employees will work closely with other production workers and follow daily clean-up procedures. Other duties may include cleaning, sweeping, packing, palletizing, painting, and any additional tasks as assigned. This position offers multiple job vacancies with a pay range of $18.56 to $21.95 per hour, depending on the job title accepted. Join us to shape the future together!
