About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift or move 25-50 lbs. and occasionally lift 50-75 lbs.
• Able to work at a fast pace in a cold and wet work environment.
• Flexibility to perform other duties or production positions as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process fresh and frozen food products within the processing area.
• Rotate through multiple positions on the production line, including packing, sorting, labeling, weighing, inspecting, sealing, cleaning, loading, and unloading fish products.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and leads.
• Maintain good manufacturing and sanitation practices throughout the production process.
• Work extended hours and weekends as needed, especially during peak periods.
