About the position
The Production Operator Assistant will be responsible for supporting the production team in various tasks related to the manufacturing process. This role involves assisting in the operation of machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours, as the assistant will be required to work on different shifts, including 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM and rotating shifts between 1st and 2nd shifts weekly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of production machinery
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support the production team in achieving daily production goals
- Participate in training sessions and follow safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
