About The Position

As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in transforming recycled paper into sheets of corrugated board, which are essential for various products, including boxes for Domino's pizzas, Home Depot moving supplies, Amazon deliveries, and Hello Fresh meals. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities associated with stacking equipment and assisting operators. This includes setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. You will read and follow instructions on factory masters, set up bundlers, hold down arms, load formers, and ensure that production runs are executed accurately. Monitoring the quality of boxes and reporting any quality issues to the operator will be part of your daily tasks. You will also assist operators and first helpers as necessary and be proactive in maintaining equipment.
