Requirements

  • No experience required.
  • Ability to meet production standards.
  • Ability to operate food production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to follow all safety and regulatory guidelines, including OSHA and food safety standards.
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, hairnets, and safety shoes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in food production, packaging, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package, and label food products to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Measure and mix ingredients to ensure consistent quality.
  • Monitor food quality during production, ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Package food products correctly for storage or distribution.
  • Label packaged products with necessary information (e.g., ingredients, expiration date).
  • Seal and store packaged food to keep it fresh and prevent contamination.
  • Help receive, store, and rotate food supplies to manage inventory.
  • Keep work areas organized and store ingredients/products safely.
  • Clean food production equipment and storage areas.
  • Follow food safety regulations, including hygiene and protective gear.
  • Report any quality or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Follow safety guidelines for using machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and food regulations.
  • Wear appropriate protective gear (gloves, hairnets, safety shoes).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
  • Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Report production delays, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
