About The Position

The Production Worker at Champion Home Builders, Inc. is responsible for working on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team. Requirements

• Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures and good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Read blueprints and orders to understand production requirements.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools as needed.
