About The Position

Champion Home Builders in Weiser, Idaho is seeking to hire a Production Worker to join our team and perform quality work to build manufactured housing.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Keeps area neat and clean
• Reads and use a tape measure
• Reads blue prints and orders
• Communicates well with coworkers
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Must have a strong work ethic - consistently arrive on time and per scheduled shift - EVERY DAY
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles
