About The Position

WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE: Total compensation pay $18.00 Shift Differential: $2.00 Monthly bonus opportunities Quarterly safety bonus opportunities Weekly Pay Shift Days and Hours: Monday - Friday; occasional weekends/OT as needed Benefits starting DAY ONE! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the production process Working in all areas of production as needed Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.) WHY TRULITE: Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Lift 75lbs unassisted & up to 150lbs with assistance
Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
