About The Position

Production Worker is responsible for the safety, quality, and production of producing the finest sporting good products.

  • The employee will occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Daily attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Read, understand, and follow all departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in production supporting the manufacturing of our sporting goods products.
  • Be a team player in keeping workstations clean and organized.
  • As part of a small Team, understand that flexibility and willingness to support activities beyond the job description is essential.
  • Cut helmet carbon patterns using a pattern cutting machine.
  • Kit helmet patterns for molding.
  • Prepare and apply resin mixture for mold cavities and pattern application.
  • Place patterns in proper locations inside of mold cavities.
  • Insert mold into vacuum hot box and place molding sheets & bags into mold cavities for molding process.
  • Monitor molding process and remove molded helmets from cavities.
  • Inspect helmets for defects, verify specifications, and record data.
  • Clean mold cavities using walnut blaster.
  • Trim helmet holes using pneumatic cutting tool.
  • Sand helmet using belt sander and hand sander.
  • Pick away and patch defects as needed.
  • Create films and plates from Marketing artwork.
  • Mix ink based on orders coming through.
  • Unbox and unbag sourced balls.
  • Print artwork onto balls and cure the print.
  • Bag and box balls.
  • Mix resin and cast into horn and ball stand molds.
  • Sand horn and ball stands using palm sander with varying grit sandpapers.
  • Assemble trophy components using your hands, electric drills & impacts, and socket wrenches.
  • Build tee subassemblies using your hands, electric impact & screwdrivers, and arbor presses.
  • Build tee finished assemblies.
