Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
- Experience with production equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality testing.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.
