Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
  • Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
  • Experience with production equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality testing.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
  • Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.
