About The Position
Spectro Alloys uses a rotating work schedule. Week 1 Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Off: Monday, Tuesday Work: Wednesday, Thursday Week 2 Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Work: Monday, Tuesday Off: Wednesday, Thursday Team members are scheduled to work a 12-hour shift for 3 days(Friday, Saturday, Sunday), are scheduled off for 2 days(Monday, Tuesday), followed by 2 days of 12-hour work days(Wednesday, Thursday), then 3 days off(Friday, Saturday, Sunday), followed by 2 days of 12-hour work days(Monday, Tuesday) and off 2 days( Wednesday, Thursday). This schedule is then repeated. Shift schedules are planned as follows: ?Day shift – 4:45 AM through 5 PM (A & B Crews) ?Night shift – 4:45 PM through 5 AM (C & D Crews)
