Since 1919, our innovative tools have made an important contribution to the technological development in many industries. Radiac is looking to grow our production team at our Salem, IL facility. Additionally, employees are eligible for PTO and holiday pay. Starting pay for this position is $20.25 per hour; $21.25 per hour after six months and then topping out at the union scale after 1 year, which at this time is $23.91 per hour. In addition, a $2.00 per hour shift premium will be paid for 3rd shift. In this position, you will be responsible for following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards in a safe manner.

Familiarity with the use of hand tools
High School Diploma or GED
