About The Position
Production Worker I – Swing Shift 📍 Fife, WA ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM 💵 Starting Pay: $22–$25/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential Join the Milgard Team & Help Build Industry‑Leading Products! Are you hardworking, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow your career in manufacturing? 🔧 Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a Production Worker I for our Swing Shift team in Fife, WA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, teamwork, and producing high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment. 🪟✨ In this role, you’ll support our fiberglass lineal production process.
Requirements
- 1 year of related experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)
- Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to compute basic math, including fractions
- Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
Responsibilities
- Supporting key goals: On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Units per Man Hour, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction
- Completing tasks accurately and efficiently using standard work instructions
- Focusing on high‑quality output and timely task completion to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating Milgard’s Core Values in all interactions
- Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
