About The Position

This position is responsible for performing various packaging tasks, ensuring quality and compliance, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Prior production experience preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to Cottonwood’s insurance carrier. Exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to develop positive relationships with co-workers and supervisors
Ability to follow established rules, policies, and procedures
Ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a professional manner.

Perform tasks such as packaging, counting, labeling, collating, and assembling product.
Produce good quality products.
Develop caring relationships with each individual you work with using lavish praise and positive reinforcement.
Follow all agency and plant rules.
Help ensure that the work area is safe, clean, and organized.
Establish and assure compliance of production procedures within the work areas.
Assure quality and quantity control of work produced in the work areas.
Maintain positive, professional working relationships with consumers, co-workers, supervisors, staff members, parents, and community representatives.
Collaborate and problem-solve with other interdepartmental staff in a professional manner.
Work within a prescribed schedule and complete responsibilities in a timely manner.
Assure compliance with Cottonwood’s Rules, Policies, and Procedures.
Additional duties as assigned.
