What You’ll Do: Pack product into sleeves, bags, cartons, bins, pallets, etc., and load the machines as required. Inspect cans regularly to ensure quality standards are met; report any defects or material variances to quality assurance or supervisory staff. Monitor equipment during operation to identify issues or irregularities, and take prompt action to correct or report them to the shipping team or supervisor. Complete accurate logs, checklists, and production records as part of your daily work. Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, coworkers, and company property. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Fill in across tasks as needed to ensure smooth production flow. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A can do, will do attitude with a track record of reliability.
- The ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
