Production Worker - N.E.A.T. (New Employee Aquisition Training)
About The Position
Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner. The N.E.A.T. program is for entry level employees with little to no experience in the mobile home manufacturing field OR for aspiring, experienced applicants to show their work ethic and abilities before being drafted to a production department. Requirements
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
- Must understand safety procedures
- Must have good teamwork skills
- Must live the Champion Operating Principles
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
Responsibilities
- Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
