About The Position

The Production Worker is expected to work in all departments of the manufacturing plant - Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout - doing various manual labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments on a daily basis. In this function, you will: Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to production standards. Set up materials and components in alignment with shop order specifications. Stack, band, and secure parts for safe handling and transport. Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with workstation setup. Create barcodes and accurately label finished products. Cutting materials using a band saw while following all safety procedures. Handle materials efficiently to support smooth workflow and production needs. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
