About The Position

The Production Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring multiple PC-based machines to assemble and process individual products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Murrysville, Pa. Your Role: Perform quality checks on products according to defined specifications and instructions, ensuring consistent output and compliance with standards. Communicate any production disruptions or deviations to the Manufacturing Group Leader for quick resolution and minimal downtime. Operate a variety of machines and equipment safely and efficiently, following all work instructions and safety protocols. Set up and adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality requirements. Monitor product output closely, identifying and addressing defects by either discarding or reworking products as needed. Use basic computer skills to follow digital work instructions, log test results, and manage production documentation.

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You have familiarity with basic manufacturing principles and machine operations
  • You are able to monitor quality and maintain high standards and are comfortable with basic digital literacy and electronic recordkeeping
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.
