Definition The production worker provides support daily for manufacturing operations through the safe operation of equipment, proper handling of raw and finished products, and adherence to established quality, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Work schedules, including shift assignments and weekend coverage, are determined by production requirements and administered in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overtime may be required based on the business needs.
