About The Position

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 3rd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $19.66 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The Production Worker is responsible for work in all departments of the manufacturing plant - Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout - doing various labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily.

No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius)of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limitation
