About The Position
We are a food production company specializing in syrups, jams, and Asian sauces, and we are seeking reliable Production Workers to join our team. This role involves working on a fast-paced production line to ensure products are prepared, packaged, and labeled efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working long shifts (up to 14 hours when needed)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must wear non-slip shoes at all times
- Comfortable working in a monitored environment (cameras in use)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Operate on the production line, including filling, labeling, and packaging products
- Load machines with raw materials and finished goods
- Accurately weigh ingredients and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
