Were hiring a Production Worker to work alongside our clients and Job Coach at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA . In this role, youll perform production and janitorial tasks alongside our clients while working as part of a supportive team. Youll collaborate closely with the Job Coach and may step into that role as needed to support operations. Schedule Monday Friday 10:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m.

Requirements

Someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse or production work
Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse, production, or janitorial settings is strongly preferred
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas according to safety and hygiene standards
Perform routine waste removal and recycling duties
Complete production and janitorial tasks alongside clients
Provide hands-on support and guidance as needed to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Encourage professionalism, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture
Support productivity and workflow to meet daily operational goals
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
