About The Position

1st Shift Hours: 6:45AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday 2nd Shift Hours: 2:45PM - 11:00PM Monday - Friday Starting Hourly Rate $18.78 + 1.00 Shift Differential (2nd Shift) Work a consistent schedule each week, no rotating shifts! We are looking for dependable team members with a strong work ethic to fill fundamental roles in our production area. The company location is on the Corridor Connector transit system Rt. 340/522 service area.

Requirements

• Must be able to receive, lift and break down raw material of frozen fruit at breaking station. Carton weights 20 lbs. to 55 lbs.
• Will be trained to practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to open cartons and handle product.
• Must be able to pour and fill raw material into inspection trays and visually inspect for defects, foreign materials, etc.
• Must be able to fill infeed conveyor hopper and make sure the conveyor is always full.
• Must be able to empty accumulation trays under conveyor in a timely manner.
• Pack products into boxes for storage.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, stoop, as well as good eyes and hand coordination.
• Be able to work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Good attendance is a priority.
• Ability to Relocate: Front Royal, VA 22630: Relocate before starting work (Required)
