About The Position

The Production Worker role at Aerotek involves various tasks in the production departments, including positions for pressers, craters, and picker/packers. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient assembly and packaging of products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with math skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment such as power tools, nail guns, and measuring devices.
• Ability to handle a physical workload, including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for long periods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Operate scissor lift or sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble crates for product shipment as a Crater, including cutting custom wood sizes and aluminum composite sheets.
• Work as a Presser to assemble products or components, conduct quality inspections, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Perform tasks as a Picker/Packer, including cleaning, packaging aluminum profiles, and preparing shipments for carriers.
