About The Position

The Offsite Production Worker (Pallet Operations) plays a key role in supporting pallet processing, repair, and movement activities at offsite customer locations. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Production Worker supports daily operational needs, partners closely with supervisors and facility teams, and ensures pallet quality, workflow accuracy, and productivity goals are met. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehouse, production, pallet repair, or labor-intensive work preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of tasks at offsite customer facilities by adapting to different work environments and departments
  • Support pallet production operations based on daily workload and facility needs
  • Partner with warehouse, transportation, and onsite supervisors to complete assigned tasks
  • Identify and understand different pallet types and grades
  • Meet or exceed daily production and operational goals
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and escalate technical or process issues to leadership
  • Collaborate effectively with facility staff to support customer expectations and performance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
