We are seeking to hire a Production Molder to join our team in Strattanville, PA.

Summary
Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be willing to arrive on time, per scheduled shift - daily.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand and follow safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills
• Must live by the Champion Operating Principles
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Keeps area neat and clean
• Reads and uses a tape measure
• Reads blueprints and orders
• Communicates well with coworkers
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Other duties may be assigned.
