About The Position

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Machine Operator at the Cook Plant. Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment. Direct Source Meats offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant. This position is responsible for the operation of food production machinery. The schedules is Monday - Friday rotating shifts: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.

Requirements

• Experience is required
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and operating machinery
• Completing food safety documentation
• Monitoring CCP's
• Data Entry
• Ensuring product is produced to specification
• Delegating tasks to team.
