About The Position
The position involves working in a manufacturing environment where the employee is expected to meet production standards on specific assignments within the required timeframe. The role emphasizes maintaining good housekeeping and clean work areas, performing all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, and ensuring quality throughout the production process. Employees are responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality standards, reporting any production waste or issues, and following all company policies and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager as needed.
