Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6–12 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition
- Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Good time management and sense of urgency
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Receive parts from machinery and perform assembly tasks on finished products
- Rotate through general assembly duties within the blow molding production process
- Inspect parts and products to verify conformance with quality standards
- Report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor
- Assist with sorting and reworking defective products when required
- Perform basic product testing and packaging of spouts and components
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
- Follow all plant safety procedures and production guidelines
