Production Worker / Manufacturing Associate – $16/hr – 2nd Shift Now Hiring – Production & Manufacturing Team Members Production Worker I $16/hr – 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00PM - 11:30PM Assembly & Packaging Duties Manufacturing Environment Long-Term Opportunity Position Overview The Production Worker I supports blow molding production operations by assembling plastic components, inspecting finished products, and assisting with packaging tasks. This Production Worker I role works under the direction of the Production Supervisor to ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and company policies. The ideal Production Worker I is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong attention to quality and detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
6–12 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition
Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Receive parts from machinery and complete assembly duties on finished products
Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process
Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and conformance to specifications
Report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor
Participate in sorting and rework of defective materials when required
Perform basic testing and packaging of spouts and related components
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
Follow plant safety policies and procedures at all times
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
