About The Position
Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Keeps area neat and clean.
Requirements
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
- Must understand safety procedures
- Must have good teamwork skills
- Must live the Champion Operating Principles
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
Responsibilities

- Communicate well with coworkers
- Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
