About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire a Production Worker to join our team in the Pembroke, NC region. Under general supervision, the Production Worker will work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner. The role involves various manual labor tasks and requires effective communication with coworkers.

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
