Requirements

• Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team.
• Perform quality work safely, in a fast-moving and consistent manner.
• Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keep area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
• Be here every day, on time - attendance matters.
• Willingness to help others and learn new skills.
