Requirements

• Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to distinguish the different cuts of meat.
• Must be able to pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletop.
• Must be able to obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelf.
• Must be able to determine whether a product is within specification.
• Must be able to quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement for that product.
• Must be able to place finished tray onto conveyor.
• Must be able to move readily from line to line as required by product flow.
• Must wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to react to change and handle any other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead, which may include assignments in other areas.
