About The Position
Lunds & Byerlys Lake Mills is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Production Worker I to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $23.00/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm. Our Production Worker I's are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Preparing and packaging a wide range of chef-crafted recipes Assisting Production Supervisor with leading, directing, and training production staff Ensuring productive workflow Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance Creating a welcoming and safe environment Maintaining a clean and safe work area Family-owned for over 80 years, Lunds & Byerlys is a grocery retailer rooted in the family tradition of quality, value, and service. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior food manufacturing experience
- Ability to interpret and follow recipes and procedures
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of culinary practices and terminology preferred
