About The Position

The Production/Warehouse Supervisor at Parker Hannifin is responsible for leading daily operations and continuous improvements within the plant's value stream. Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years' sales and marketing experience.
• Experience leading LEAN teams preferred.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management, and inventory control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets with Value Stream associates regularly to discuss problems, solutions, and challenges.
• Leads daily operations and continuous improvements in supply chain, production control, and manufacturing priorities.
• Manages inventory utilizing Value managed inventory applications and programs.
• Ensures standardized work processes are followed and implements necessary adjustments for compliance with safety and 5S requirements.
• Holds regular team meetings to maintain a collaborative atmosphere and assigns tasks to team members.
• Leads cross-training for Value Stream associates to ensure smooth operations and quality assurance.
• Partners with the Value Stream Manager to develop future state value stream maps and manage plans accordingly.
• Maintains Team Improvement Boards and develops a visually controlled environment.
