About The Position

We are currently seeking a Production Utility/Laborer based out of our Peoria, AZ plant location. This role is responsible for operating equipment, maintaining water flow to the plant, performing inspections and lubrication, ensuring safety compliance, cross-training in various duties, and supporting effective communication and operational efficiency. A typical work schedule consists of daytime hours Monday through Friday, may be required to work overtime. Saturdays may be required based on production needs.

Requirements

  • Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance

  • The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
  • The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to meet all MSHA safety requirements and adhere to company safety policies.
  • Must be able to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat exceeding 100 degrees, cold and rain.
  • While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, or pull, push, as well as bend and lift-up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
  • Be able to operate front end loader/skid steer
  • Keep water pumped running to maintain fresh water to the plant
  • Grease and inspect the plant
  • Cross train to learn other duties
  • Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
  • Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance
  • Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
  • Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
